Welcome to CombrizAI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered trading tools, strategy subscriptions, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the CombrizAI website, mobile applications, APIs, and all related services.
• "Service" means the AI trading signals, strategies, analytics dashboards, and tools provided by CombrizAI.
• "User" means any individual or entity that registers for or uses the Platform.
• "Subscription" refers to the paid access plans for premium trading strategies (Baxsa, Aivest, Divergence, etc.).
• "Content" includes all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, strategies, and algorithms.
• "AI Strategies" are the proprietary algorithmic trading models developed by CombrizAI.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CombrizAI platform:

• You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into agreements
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You acknowledge that trading involves risk and past performance doesn't guarantee future results
• You understand CombrizAI provides execution tools, not financial advice

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans

CombrizAI offers the following subscription tiers:

• Basic Plan: ₹15,000 for 6 months access
• Pro Plan: ₹25,000 for 12 months access

5. Payment Terms

• All fees are charged upfront in INR
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before expiration
• No refunds except as required by applicable law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to current subscribers

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities or market manipulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our technology
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Content
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform and Content are owned by CombrizAI:

• The AI Strategies, algorithms, and analytics are proprietary
• All trademarks, logos, and branding are our exclusive property
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use
• No right to copy, modify, or create derivative works without express permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CombrizAI shall not be liable for any trading losses or damages
• We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 6 months

9. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• All provisions which should survive termination will remain in effect

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by Indian law
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
• The United Nations Convention on Contracts doesn't apply

11. Modifications

• We may update these Terms periodically
• Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You should review the Terms regularly

12. General Provisions

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CombrizAI
• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right doesn't constitute a waiver
• You may not assign your rights without our written consent
